Verizon Is the Biggest Piece of Shit Scammer of All Time
Please, folks, never, ever, ever, use Verizon for business purposes. Especially for landline phone service or high-speed Internet. I’ve never experienced a company MORE DISHONEST. And I doubt I ever will.
Fuck Verizon. And all their fucking sales (and outsourced sales forces–yes, you sales assholes and cunts in Worcester, that’s you) and billing support employees and managers. Especially those in the Lowell MA office.
I’ll keep the details short.
1. They don’t honor the plan rate you sign up for.
2. They don’t correct billing mistakes. Have fun calling them up every month for the contractual term.
3. Hidden charges for services and features you’ve never ordered (and I’m not even talking about those bullshit taxes).
4. It’s easier getting a refund from the mob. Even though the mistakes are entirely theirs.
5. They don’t make requested changes when they say they do. Don’t believe ANYTHING they say over the phone.
6. They sign you up for unwanted and unrequested features when you begin service–that always cost extra money, of course. They most love their commissions.
7. They lie to your fucking face with no qualms.
I usually dislike using the blog as a tool for hatred or ranting, but Verizon truly deserves all the shit they can get.
AVOID VERIZON AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve had my own problems with AT&T.
I agree… Verizon is the biggest piece of shit ever when it comes to tech support. You pay for a 500$ phone and pay 90$ monthly service fees for a PDA and when you go to get something fixed on it, the say “we can’t do PDA updates here…” what the fuck? didn’t you sell the phone to me? VZW is bull shit. I wish i was a billionaire so i could sabatoge their company
I’ve even worked for a branch of Verizon, and feel they have everyone by their balls…female or male. The first ok not first, but the most recent issue I’ve had with Verizon is that they have had their service up and down all day today. This came at the worst time with a family emergency, I had to call the local police department to do a welfare check and heard from them,,,,,,not fucking Verizon whether it be email. phone call by an alterate number i’ve provided or even a goddamn text or voice mail…but the police department that Verizon has been up and down all day. I even went to their website and NOTHING about their lack of service or issues.,,,,total and absolute bullshit. I hate their fucking service and feel cornered.
So frustrating. Verizon nickles and dimes you for everything. Now its mandatory they charge for Data Usage?! I dont even use web browsing on my phone and still have to pay the charge (because its mandatory on the phone, they sold me). Had I known! 1400 min in order to get friends and family. Why aren’t any mobile to mobile calls free (the are with Sprint)? My basic bill is supposed to be $120.99 per month but I’ve never had a bill less than $160.00. Unlimited Text? Pictures? Are they serious? Nothing is unlimited. I tried to cancel service and they want $300 for early termination.

I TOTALLY agree. Verizon SUCKS ASS. AT&T isn’t perfect and they are a bit more expensive but at least with AT&T unlimited means exactly that UNLIMITED and you pay for what you ask for, nothing hidden or extra surprise charges. Plus Verizon’s network drops calls constantly where as my AT&T service rarely does. Trust me I have had Verizon as a WORK phone for about 10 years “not my choice” by the way and AT&T for a personal phone for just as many years and I end up using my AT&T phone for alot of my business calls because I can’t depend on Verizon for shit. Luckily I have way more than 4000 rollover minutes to cover the calls I use for business. VERIZON SUCKS and they will do everything they legally can to screw you out of your hard earned money for absolutely SHITTY service. I’m so glad I have AT&T as my main and backup communication device. I will never, ever waste my personal money on anything Verizon has to offer. AT&T will remain my choice.
Verizon is the worst shit you could ever use i have there internet slowest hell and they say there the fastest bullshit most of the time it doesn’t work and there i go turn of the router and on nothing Call of duty just sucks with Verizon. I thankfully don’t have Verizon for phone thing woo. N ever try it.

I agreed, VERIZON is the biggest scammer ! I was scam by Verizon. Customers service are suck, no one can help you. They made the mistake and never correct it, just continue to bill you. Verizon never honor the plan rate you sign up and bill you with expensive rate.
Verizon sent me two new routers and I still can not get decent internet connection. I was fine for ten years with DSL but now it is less than 0.02 mbps download speeds! And it is spratic to say the least I need a new service in the Baltimore area.
